Karen's "Hair Story" starts at the very young age of 5, when her aunt first taught her how to braid hair. Of course, growing up on a horse farm these braids were done on horses, not people! But her love of working with hair had Karen entering cosmetology school immediately after high school, where she completed the course in a record 7 and a half months. Upon graduation, Karen worked in one of the first "Paul Mitchell" Signature Salons on the South Shore of Massachusetts.
Fast forward several years and Karen is still on the cutting edge of hair design, regularly attending education classes to keep up to date with the latest trends and colors, cuts and thermal styling techniques.
Karen has always prided herself in her ability to communicate with people. She truly listens to the wants and needs of the clients, and is able to provide the best hair design for their lifestyles. When Karen sees the smiles on their faces, light up the room, she knows that she has achieved what has been asked of her, which speaks of the 25 years experience she brings to her profession.
